MsPinky can run on any decent soundcard, you need RIAA preamps but mic preamp will do, you need A STEREO INPUT FOR EACH DECK.

Most of the encoders used by builders here are detented, that is to say they have 24 "click stops" per revolution. I am aware of the track selectors on the pro Sony players, and the common encoders around here would do a job like that perfectly.

If you look at the schematic where B40C800 is, you may substitute it for 4 diodes of type 1N4001, as they are shown in the schematic.
A bridge rectifier is really just 4 diodes in one pretty package.

Jou, den Taster Jog Mode hatte ich auch angeschlossen und immer versucht umzuschalten. Leider falsch angeschlossen.

Da kann er nix umschalten. Manchmal ist es aber auch wirklich zu früh!!!

If you're happy with the two options (on/off) method, then the dpdt switch should be do-able.
You are also right that a multi-postion switch with different resistors is more or less equivalent to a pot.
You could perhaps experiment with, say, a toggle ...

I didn't say their performance is inferior, at least it would be better than with the AOUT_LC module. They're just not really practical for an 8 channel design. For a 2 channel AOUT this DAC would probably be ok, but there's no PCB and no software supp...

1. The "Sync" LED isn't connected to anything yet.

can we use this technique to make lettering on frontpanel ?? i've seen a webpage where the guy explain how to make painting with transfer and printer and acid!!

Holy crap that sounds AMAZING! Alas, I was only able to find crappy YouTubes and NSF files (no MP3s from the real thing) but it certainly gets the point across. Damn you Nintendo of America for screwing me over yet again!
